Order Submissions




Print prices on our Services page are for files submitted “print ready.” However, not everyone uses Photoshop or wants to prepare their own files. We take the time to listen to your needs to assure that we prepare your files properly and on schedule. We charge reasonably to collaborate with you on file preparation and retouching, if needed.


Guidelines

¬ Only flattened .TIF, .JPG, or .PDF files

¬ Files should be sized to print (the size you are seeking for the final image)

¬ Resolution should be 300 dpi for optimal printing (resolution should be no lower than 150 dpi)

¬ Color profile must be set in Adobe RGB 1998

¬ Files should have final color - color adjustments will incur an image editing fee

¬ No trim marks needed


Submissions

The first steps for starting a print job:
¬ Contact us with any questions prior to uploading files
¬ Download and email Order Form.pdf
¬ Send files using UPLOAD FILES button

Loupe uses a file sharing service called WeTransfer. WeTransfer lets you send up to 20GB safely. By following the guidelines below for sending us files, you gaurentee that your order is done correctly and in a timely manner. If you are unsure about any of these guidelines, give us a call or send an email before sending files.


Step 1


¬ Click the ORDER FORM button below to download
¬ Open in PDF editor [Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Microsoft Edge]
¬ OR Fill out by hand and take a phone pic of the top box
¬ Email a brief message and attached completed Order Form

Step 2


Click the UPLOAD FILES button below. A link to WeTransfer will appear. Please follow the link to upload your files. When using Wetransfer : Enter "Your Email" correctly. Leave the "Email To" as mail@loupeprint.com. Simply drag and drop your files and click "transfer".

Once a Loupe team member has downloaded your file, you will receive an email letting you know that we have your files. If there are any questions or concerns someone will reach out to you before beginning your order. We will notify you again when the order is complete.



→ If you do not already have a digital file, please contact Loupe to inquire about scanning and reproduction services.

→ If all of this submission stuff is confusing, please contact us to discuss your project needs. We are happy to help you through the submission process.





Please allow 3-5 business days for completion
We can accomodate rush orders



If a deposit was not taken, you will pay upon the job completion.
If you are requesting that Loupe fulfills the order for shipment, we will invoice after shipping.
Payment is required within 30 days of job completion.
